2.4. Purchasing a subscription provides access to official downloads, updates, and support for the duration of the subscription period.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.3. Payments are securely processed through Paddle.
3.4. Refunds are subject to Refund Policy.
4. Usage
4.1. You may use the plugin on any Joomla website in accordance with the GPL license.
4.2. Modified versions of the plugin must not misrepresent the original BCLog project or its author.
4.3. Technical support and updates are provided only to users with an active subscription.
5. Updates
5.1. Updates and bug fixes may be provided during the active subscription period.
5.2. You are responsible for keeping your plugin updated to ensure compatibility with your Joomla and PHP versions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
6.2. BCLog makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility with third-party extensions, or suitability for any specific purpose.
6.3. Use of the plugin is entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. BCLog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin.
7.2. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
8. Termination
8.1. BCLog may suspend or terminate access to downloads, updates, or support if these Terms are violated.
8.2. Termination of subscription access does not revoke rights granted under the GPL license.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
